The medium of instruction at Wisdom High School is English, in accordance with the norms prescribed by the Telangana State Board of Secondary Education (TS BSE).
All subjects are taught using SCERT Telangana textbooks, supplemented with appropriate teaching-learning materials to enhance conceptual understanding.
